Yeah! 2012 was terrific and we couldn't have raised over $2,500 without some amazing people. Special thanks to the Burbank High School student organizations: BHS Baseball Team, BHS Dance Team, BHS Girls' Basketball Team and many others! The Snookies Cookies’ story began in 1983 when Snookie and her husband opened their first store in Los Angeles.  After a year of selling individual cookies, coffee and sandwiches,  a customer suggested sending a box of cookies to Rick Dees- host of Kiis FM radio.  Rick tried the cookies live on air and asked his listening audience, “How would you like the most delicious, fresh cookies delivered right to you?”  As a result, the phone rang off the hook back at the store with requests for cookie deliveries. Almost 30 years later Snookies Cookies has become a major cookie competitor and delivers with every bite! We are so excited to have them at Sweet Success! Ladies and Gentlemen, we are super excited that the BHS Dance Team: Unleashed will be joining the Sweet Success stage! I can't wait to see this talented group of amazing dancers! Here is a little about Unleashed. Our competition dance team is a special group of dancers who have expressed an interest and desire in pursuing dance at higher and more sophisticated levels. We are known as “Unleashed”. This team is selected through an open audition process and not only participates in all the core events/activities in our instructional program but represents BHS in dance competitions and exhibitions throughout southern California. The team performs in both large group and small group ensembles. Dr. Dave Katz will be conducting free health screenings during Sweet Success! He has been a member of The Foundation for Wellness Professionals for over 5 years. The Foundation supports The American Heart Association's goal of preventing heart attacks and strokes. Linda Magique is a unique and captivating Los Angeles based sorceress/magician who brings a seductively feminine approach to magic. She is poised, mysterious, and enchanting.
